FMS has definitely seen improvements since they took over kick-off, format and checklist management + coretools at a later date as well. The performance overall is not at consistent as it would need to be at this stage. The quality of kick-off and format check, as well as checklist and coretools check seem to vary from really solid iteration periods, to times when tasks are conducted on a below average quality. Since quite some time has already passed from the starting point of task performance, i think most of the procedures should already be known to most if not all FMS admins, yet in many cases we notice the exact opposite.

11 start time mistakes - 9 with client impact
All of the start time mistakes were made due to inconsistent sources iteration during KO and format check. Either not enough sources were checked or official/reliable sources were not checked to confirm event start times, thus in most of the situations we had incorrect start times while reliable source(s) had correct available.

Most of the procedural mistakes consist of incorrect fixture format/participant with the largest portion being wrong format mistakes. Due to the nature of eSports, it functions quite differently from other sports, so kick-off and format checks are significantly different than in other departments.
