Fan Tan: A Quick Guide
Fan Tan, or fancan tan in Chinese, is an ancient Chinese game of betting. It has been played for thousands of years in China. Like many ancient games, it is entirely random and does not require skill or strategy. It also lacks the sophistication of modern casino gambling games. In short, it's fun to play, and you get to spend a bit of time doing something you're interested in.

The rules of this card-game are simple and easy. The 52-card deck is dealt, and the player selects two cards that will be placed face up. The deck also contains two other cards. The two suits Tiger (Water) represent the planets surrounding the star cluster Sol in constellations of the night sky.
