Dragon Attack Tip of the Day: There is usually never a good reason to use mostly dragons and a few ground troops, especially if you plan to send those ground troops in first to clear exterior buildings. Don't do this. An extra dragon is much more effective and will clear those exterior buildings anyway.
Extra Dragon Tip of the Day: You want your dragons to all get within air defense range at the same time and then once they begin getting hit use rage spells to help them rush to the air defenses. You don't want dragons getting within range on their own while others are taking down exterior buildings. They will drop and then the air defenses will be able to shoot your dragons now that were lagging behind. Drop dragons one by one to clear out those buildings and once they approach the air defense range drop the rest.
