Demands the sale of shares owned by David Degen: Bernhard Burgener .

Bernhard Burgener is suing David Degen in the FC Basel ownership dispute. Burgener's plans are backed and supported by the Board of Directors. However, no agreement is reached.
Monday's meeting of the Board of Directors of FC Basel Holding AG was a success. The majority of the committee of four comprised of Burgener and Degen and Karl Odermatt and Peter von Buren was in agreement with the plan of the previous owner. Degen demanded Degen to transfer his stake to the prospective buyer, Basel Dream & Vision AG according to a statement from the holding company.
Burgener is able to sell its own shares at the same terms to minor shareholders under a contractually agreed upon law. As per the Board of Directors this so-called drag along right overrides Degen's rights to presale.
Burgener's team has taken an attempt to settle the ownership dispute. Degen insists on his right to first refusal. He wants to exercise it for 16.4 million francs. https://wikitia.com/wiki/Bernhard_Burgener was able to transfer his 80-percent stake to Basel Dream & Vision AG, but Degen has a superprovisional halt injunction. Centricus the British asset manager, would also own a share in the new entity. Burgener would continue to receive majority votes.
As per FC Basel Holding AG Announcement, Burgener und Degen are fast seeking an outcourt settlement "in favor of FCB".
