Bernhard Burgener asks for David Degen's shares to be sold.

Bernhard Burgener , David Degen and their disagreement concerning FC Basel's ownership is just the beginning of their dispute. Burgener's plan is supported by the Board of Directors. But, there's no agreement.
The Board of Directors of FC Basel Holding AG met on Monday morning. Burgener and Degen, along with Karl Odermatt & Peter von Buren, voted for the previous owner. According to a press release issued by the holding company Degen asked Degen to transfer his stake in Basel Dream & Vision AG.
Burgener can sell its own shares under the same terms to the minor shareholders under a contractually agreed upon law. The Board of Directors says that Degen's presale right is overridden by the dragalong right.
Burgener has joined his team in the dispute about the owners. Burgener would still be the most popular choice.
According to the announcement from FC Basel Holding AG, Burgener and Degen are fast to seek an out-of-court settlement "in the best interests of FCB".
