SISTEM ABSEN ZEKLOS ROOM
> absen dimulai dari pukul 17.30 s/d 18.15 untuk mapel pertama, 19.00 s/d 19.45 untuk mapel kedua. Lewat dari jam tersebut, maka absen langsung ke pres/vice pres dengan batas waktu pukul 18.30 untuk mapel pertama dan 20.00 untuk mapel kedua. Jika lewat dari jam tersebut juga, maka maaf absen tidak diterima.
> absen ke Counselor jika ia tidak on/berhalangan maka absen ke Vice Counselor jika keduanya tidak hadir, maka bisa langsung absen ke pres/vice pres.
> format absen minimal (NO ID) (MAPEL) dikirimkan wajib via DM.
> jika berhalangan hadir, maka bisa langsung meminta izin ke guru yang mengajar.
sekedar tambahan, jika ingin hiatus, long hiatus, ganti chara, move acc, dsb diharapkan untuk melaporkan juga ke Counselor ZEKLOS ROOM. jika ada yang kurang jelas atau ada yang ingin ditanyakan bisa langsung DM atau LINE Counselor.
