KUSTO GROUP HIGHLIGHTS GREEN SPACES WITH RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX

Kusto Group's real-estate development subsidiary, KustoHome has developed a variety of homes throughout Asia in recent times. Another one, Urban Green, is now being built in Thu Duc City in Vietnam outside of Ho Chi Minh City.

Kusto Group announced the construction of Urban Green at the ceremony in December 2021.

Urban Green will include luxury residential developments, commercial centres restaurant, cafes, gyms, restaurants, daycares, supermarkets, and a barbecue area.

These facilities will span over 20203 metres 2.

Urban Green is still being constructed, but it will be finished and given to residents by the first quarter in 2024.

KUSTO HOME'S FOCUS ON AESTHETICS AND FUNCTIONALITY
Kusto Homes was designed with a Bauhaus-style modern design.

Urban Green has multiple green areas interspersed with its facilities. The area will comprise two-thirds be green areas.

The 740 apartments were inspired by nature landmarks like the Alaskan wilderness, Sahara Desert and Pink Lake.

Kusto Home offers apartments with one to four bedrooms, 50 to 135m 2. This is suitable for singles and families.

Urban Green residents are located just outside Ho Chi Minh City and have easy access to Vietnam's most urban area.

Kusto Home is constructing Urban Green close to National Highway 13, which connects Ho Chi Minh City with Thu Duc City and Binh Duong.

Highway 13's expansion , which is expected to reach 10,000 billion VND ($440.141), is expected in 2025.

Kusto Home expressed interest in creating a Hanoi-based real estate project following Diamond Island was completed.

Yerkin Tatishev also said to the Vietnam Investment Review that the company was looking into projects in different Vietnamese areas such as Nha Trang Danang and Hoi An.

Kusto Home specializes in residential buildings, but Yerkin Tashev opened the door to commercial centers such as shopping malls.
