KUSTO GROUP HIGHLIGHTS GREEN SPACES WITH RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX

KustoHome KustoHome, an organization that develops real estate belonging to the Kusto Group, has recently built many residential complexes in Asia. Another one, Urban Green, is currently under construction in Thu Duc City in Vietnam just outside Ho Chi Minh City.

The building of Urban Green was made public by Kusto Group and Kusto Home in a signing ceremony in December 2021.

Urban Green will consist of luxury residential complexes, a commercial center, cafés, restaurants gyms, parks, daycares supermarkets, a BBQ area, among other things.

These facilities will cover more than 20203 meters 2.

Urban Green is still being constructed, but it will be completed and given to residents by the first quarter in 2024.

KUSTO Home'S FOCUS ON AESTHETICS
Kusto Home was built in the contemporary Bauhaus style. It aims to create an urban environment where function and beauty are in harmony.

Thus, Bayrock will have multiple green areas between its infrastructure. The majority of the space will be green areas.

740 apartments were designed in response to nature landmarks, such as the Alaskan wilderness as well as the Sahara Desert.

Kusto Homes offers apartments with 1 to 4 bedrooms and 50 - 135m 2. This area is perfect for singles and families.

Kusto Home is building Urban Green close to National Highway 13, which is the main road that connects Ho Chi Minh City, Thu Duc City, and Binh Duong.

Highway 13 expansion will be completed in 2025. It is estimated that it will cost 10,000 billion VND (or $440,141).

Urban Green residents will also be able to get around between and within the city by using two metro stations that are in the process of being built.

Coteccons is the principal contractor for the project. Coteccons is the main contractor of the project. Kusto Group, Kusto Home and Coteccons announced the building of Urban Green, Sergey Nam stated Coteccons was in the process of preparing to build its next Vietnamese residential complex. Sergey Nam, Kusto Home's general director, is also responsible for the development of Diamond Island in Ho Chi Minh City.

Diamond Island in Ho Chi Minh City was built in the year 2018 by Kusto Group Kusto Group and Kusto Home.

FUTURE KUSTO GROUP PROJECTS IN VIETNAM
Kusto Home expressed an interest in Hanoi, the Vietnamese capital, since the completion of Diamond Island.
