KUSTO GROUP HIGHLIGHTS GREEN SPACES WITH RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX

Kusto Group's real estate development subsidiary, Kusto Home, has built several housing complexes in Asia over the past few years. Urban Green, a new one, is currently being built in Thu Duc City, near Ho Chi Minh City.

The building of Urban Green was made public by Kusto Group and Kusto Home at a signing ceremony in December 2021.

Urban Green will feature luxury residential buildings, a business center, restaurants and cafes along with stores, daycares, grocery stores, daycares and a BBQ area.

The facility will be spread over 20203 meters 2.

The construction of Urban Green has just begun It is anticipated to be finished and handed over to residents within the first quarter of 2024.

Modern Bauhaus-style, Kusto Home aims to construct a city where aesthetics and functionality go hand in hand.
