I need you to read over every sentence of this message extremely carefully.

Your work, and your teams work, is not satisfactory. You are currently not following directions, you are currently not using the applications I tell you, you are not learning to work together with my team, you are not providing quality content after me asking many many times, you are not following my schedules. The list goes on and on.

For the accountable roofing project, you made mockups when I didn't ask, and the mockups you made, the clients didn't think they where quality. I got laughed at. You hurt my businesses image.
For the ancor project, you told me you fixed up the website and there are still many many many visible errors that anyone could notice.
For the CC-DA project, you are not following my deadlines.
For the RYD Motorsports project, you didn't make the mockups as asked, you didn't follow deadlines and the mockups where the same design as ancor.

I also asked you to give me a list of how much I owe you, I actually asked you 2 times. 2 times. I never got an answer.

For these reasons above, I believe you do not understand what quality work is. When I asked you to give me a detailed report of what was wrong with the ancor site, you gave me a list of 4 generic things you found wrong. This is what I find thats wrong:

-No Favicon
-All the pages titles are the same.
-You incorporated the color red randomly when everything is the logo colors. You do not understand theme or branding.
-Every image is low quality and not correctly cropped.
-The header wasn't even centered.
-Text wasn't vertically centered, it looked like its just floating in places.
-You placed text where it shouldn't be placed.
-There are so many different combinations of fonts, colors, weights, thicknesses, and styles. You do not understand typography.
-The main slider and the testimonial slider don't have the same type of arrows. You do not understand consistency.
-You don't even spell the name of the business correctly.
-There are a million other spelling mistakes.
-The footer is generic and doesn't fit the theme of the site.
-The footer isn't evenly spaced out.
-The footer has the header "Get in touch with us" which is the incorrect header for a newsletter.
-The footer header "Get in touch with us" is higher up than the other two headers.
-The newsletter sign-up isn't placed correctly and looks out of place.
-There is a random grey bar at the top of the website
-There is a random white bar at the bottom of the website
-You left stock photos in the testimonial slider and haven't said anything about them.
-The stock photos are incorrectly cropped and look like crap.
-The link structure is not correct. "?page_id=2" is not proper.
-The sidebar has the header "Manuals Link" which is incorrectly spelled. Look at the header, its spelled "Manual Links".
-The sidebar has the header "Manuals Link" and theres nothing under it.
-The sidebar has the header "Get in touch with us" which is the incorrect header for a newsletter.
-The newsletter signup in the sidebar isn't even long enough for an email.
-The call-us call-to-action is randomly placed in the sidebar, the paddings aren't correct and it isn't centered.
-Every single page of the website looks the same except for the homepage, so technically you only designed 2 pages.
-The testimonials don't even fit in the testimonial sliders and the text gets cut off.
-There is a random grey bar going across the page on the blog page.
-There are about 10 different shades of blue used on the page.
-The "read more" buttons on the blog page aren't in the same places, actually they are all in different places.
-You copied the blog directly from the other website and you neglected to change it at all.
-There is no blue surrounding the footer on the blog page, just simply a line of blue randomly at the bottom
-The icons (like the BBB, CANASA, CFIB, ULC) aren't centered, unlike every other page.
-The contact form is 100% generic and just copied from somewhere on the internet. It isn't themed to the website.
-The Manual Links page is just a list of links. There is no design at all.
-The only way to get to the "Residential Alarm Systems", "Commercial Alarm Systems" and "Monitoring" pages is through the homepage.

Do you see the difference between my list and your list? Your list had 4 generic things and mine has 37 specific things. Also, my list shouldn't even exist. All of these should have been done automatically because that is what we pay you for.

I could also make a giant list of all the stuff wrong with the CC-DA website, but I wont. I will let you fix that yourself. Do not let me down. I repeat, do not let me down.

Hammeedullah, this is your last chance. I hope you understand that. You should now know what I expect and you must not provide anything less than what I expect.

Tomorrow I expect the following:
-A response to this message. Do not send me anything less than I expect.
-The current status of all of the projects. Do not send me anything less than I expect.
-What we will need to do next on each project. Do not send me anything less than I expect.
-The timeline on each project. Do not send me anything less than I expect.
-A detailed document showing how much I currently owe you and for what. Do not send me anything less than I expect.
-A detailed document showing how much I will owe you in the future and for what and when you would like it. Do not send me anything less than I expect.
-A detailed document showing a recap of the day and the status of the projects.
-You to use and learn Asana. You will need to master this and use it for everything.

Everyday I expect the following.
-A detailed report document listing: current status of all the projects, what we will need to do next on each project, what you did on each project that day, when we will need stuff for that projects (ie: payments, content, images), a document showing the charges of the day.

That is all I have to say. If you follow these points, do as I say, and provide me the quality work that I expect, then we will have a very profitable future together. Hammeedullah, this is your last chance. I hope you understand that. You should now know what I expect and you must not provide anything less than what I expect. I do not intend for this message to come off as "harsh" or "mean" or "rude" but I do intent for this message to come off as direct and stern. I am sorry if you feel offended or angry but this is what you will have to provide me in order to have a very long and profitable business arrangement.
