What is the benefit of Ashiatsu massage for different health problems?
Many people who have muscle pain that is persistent may find that ashiatsu could create more than physical discomfort. In many cases, the pressure and strain on the muscles by Ashiatsu can cause anxiety. It is due to the reality that Ashiatsu is an extremely intense type of massage therapy that involves holding the person's body in a stretched out position. Holding and stretching can cause cramps and strains similar to what happens during exercising or yoga.

출장안마 The Ashiatsu method can be beneficial to the muscles, bones and joints in your back if done correctly. The compression of the spine results in a relaxation result that relieves muscle tension. A practitioner can also use gravity and increased pressure to provide deep, intense strokes to the tissues beneath. Sometimes, special oils, lotions or creams are applied to the upper body before the actual Ashiatsu session in order to ease the muscle tension and to provide a more relaxing experience. Sometimes the application of compressions is done to certain muscles that are particularly painful.

There are three main types that comprise Ashiatsu treatment. Each treatment is designed to serve a specific reason for being. However, Ashiatsu can be used to treat conditions like shin splints and plantar fasciitis. The Ashiatsu application of pressure must be done with a direction that can stretch the legs, and move the feet towards the front. The area of the pain as well as the degree of compression will decide how far the massage will be conducted.

An excellent example of an old-fashioned Ashiatsu treatment is the "Zazen" method. The person who is performing the treatment holds the patient's leg straight using one hand, and gently squeezes at the ankle as well as the insole then moving upwards towards the upper part of the foot. A second hand must be put at the bottom of the foot and then press it down using the pressure increasing. Gradually and under control, the thumb and fingers allow the muscles to relax and return to the original position.

A different form that is a part of Ashiatsu treatments is Shiatsu. In this technique, the therapist uses his or her thumbs, fingers and palms to rub specific points across the spine. Fingers and thumbs of therapists in general are utilized to relax muscles on the spine, which includes the shoulder, neck back, legs and neck. Other therapists utilize their hands to gently press the nerves along the spine and neck, believed to be a successful treatment for certain types of back and neck pain. Both acute and chronic discomfort can be addressed with Shiatsu.

Decompression is yet another form of Ashiatsu treatment. Decompression occurs when the Ashiatsu practitioner applies pressure to certain acupoints in the neck or legs. When the acupoints in these areas are in a state of depressing, they trigger the nerves. The acupoints send messages down through the spinal column to brain. These signals are then transferred to the rest of the body via the nerves. If there are not enough or too many depressions at these points in the spine, the result is a generalized state of low back pain.

Compression massage is an additional form of Ashiatsu treatment, which uses the same pressure techniques that are used for decompression massage. The goal of a compression massage is to relax muscles and allow circulation of blood to become increased across the entire body. When the muscles are relaxed, the pressure also decreases, allowing the relief of the chronic back tension. The technique is effective for both acute and chronic discomfort, but it is most effective in treating discomfort in the tissues that are deeper. Massages that are compressive can be used to target the deeper layers of tissue (also known as the superficial layers) which include ligaments, muscles, and tendons.

A different method used in Ashiatsu is known as the "connective chain treatments". It is a "connective chain treatment" is a procedure that involves applying pressure to the meridians. These are threads of nerve tissue that play a role in the control of the formation and maintenance of tendons, ligaments, and other connective tissues. The effect of applying finger pressure to the threads of the Meridian in question can relax the area as well as relieve pressure from adjacent areas. It's the most widely known benefit of Ashiatsu and is used at almost every Ashiatsu clinic across the world. It has the same effect similar to deep tissue massage, in that the blood flows more easily, which results in lesser strain on muscles.
