The Ashiatsu Process
It's not for everyone to experience Ashiatsu massage because of the extra weight and stress that is placed to the body by that deep tissue foot massage technique. 출장안마 Women who are pregnant or trying to conceive shouldn't try this therapeutic treatment. Also, those with high blood pressure, diabetes, a impaired immune system or chronic liver and kidney issues, who are taking certain medications, are on antibiotics which may trigger symptoms, or are taking blood thinners (anticoagulants) ought not to try this treatment. Ashiatsu should be avoided by those suffering from tendonitis, arthritis, and bursitis as well as cysts and other diseases that aren't responding to conventional treatment. This isn't just due to any of these conditions being an indication of a recurring threat, but rather because the treatment causes excessive stress on the body and aggravates already existing conditions.

What will happen during and following the Ashiatsu session is that the masseuse will start working on the back of the patient and then work on his or her limbs and various other parts of the physique. When the patient lies down on the table the masseuse will begin applying long, soft strokes across the back. The masseuse may also opt to concentrate on specific areas such as the neck or feet based on the severity of the trauma or pain is.

The Ashiatsu foot pressure point treatment employs pressure from below the heel to cause it to roll back towards the feet. This rolling motion is intended to relieve pressure on nerves near and under the heel. The practitioner then applies more pressure downwards to the same pressure point on the opposite side. The pressure resulting from the combination of pressing down on the heels and rolling causes the nerve to relax and allows the patient to move freely. The Ashiatsu practitioner can also stretch tight calves or hamstrings by rolling.

Shiatsu is an Japanese massage technique that originates from Ashiatsu but uses different pressure points than the Japanese version. To master the Ashiatsu massage technique there are three primary strokes. These strokes comprise circular motions, the downward strokes and the upward strokes. Each of these strokes has its specific purpose and role in the therapy session and can be used to treat various ailments.

The upward stroke is usually the first step in Ashiatsu as it attempts to ease tension and relax. It is utilized to loosen the rib cage which is the main location where pain is typically concentrated. The pain will be relieved by reducing tension. While the downward strokes are the same however, they may affect different ways the Ashiatsu practitioner treats the patient. Because of its direction this particular stroke may actually make some patients feel worse instead of better because of its lack of direction.

The primary purpose of the circular motion Ashiatsu is to stretch the muscle. This makes the muscles more flexible and relieve any tension. The muscle can become tighter if it is not stretched enough. This can lead to more pain. This is why it's important for the massage therapist to understand how much pressure they should apply to the patient. The greater the force exerted on the muscle, the more likely it is to pull on the muscle tissue, causing more discomfort.

The therapist is able to apply enough pressure to the muscle to pull it out of the bone and into its abdominal cavity. This increases circulation by bringing the muscles closer. This increased blood flow carries oxygen and nutrients to all the various body parts. The increased circulation relieves the muscle spasms that can occur during Ashiatsu.

If the Ashiatsu procedure is done correctly the pressure applied won't be felt by the patient. If the practitioner applies too much pressure , and fails to let it go the practitioner will pull the muscle tissue into bone below the muscle. This is referred to as "pulling the bone." It is very painful, and could lead to a fractured bone if the force is too great.
