Terkilir atau Keseleo
Keseleo atau terkilir adalah cedera berupa peregangan dan atau robekan pada otot, tendon (jaringan yang menghubungkan otot dengan tulang) atau ligamen (jaringan yang menghubungkan tulang dengan tulang lainnya). Biasanya hal ini terjadi saat aktifitas fisik yang berat atau saat berolahraga.
Gejala Terkilir
Sebagai contoh bila terkilir atau keseleo pada pergelangan kaki keluhan yang muncul antara lain nyeri, bengkak, memar, tidak stabil,dingin atau mati rasa di kaki, ketidakmampuan untuk berjalan atau menggerakkan sendi.
Nah banyak yg mengatakan kalo keseleo disuruh pijat? Itu hanya menambah parah peradangannya. Sebaiknya jangan pergi ke tukang pijat atau urut bila mengalami terkilir atau keseleo. -Memposisikan daerah yang mengalami cidera lebih tinggi dari jantung. Tujuannya untuk mengurangi pembengkakan.
Selain langkah diatas dapat juga diberikan obat-obatan pereda nyeri.
Bila keadaan belum membaik segera bawa ke dokter atau rumah sakit untuk penatalaksanaan lanjutan.
