KUSTO GROUP HIGHLIGHTS GREEN SPACES WITH RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX

KustoHome KustoHome, an investment company in real estate part of the Kusto Group, has recently developed a variety of residential communities in Asia. Another one, Urban Green, is currently being constructed in Thu Duc City, Vietnam in the outskirts of Ho Chi Minh City.

Kusto Group & Kusto Home officially announced the development of Urban Green. The ceremony to sign the contract was held in the month of December 2021.

Urban Green will feature luxury residential buildings, a business center, restaurants and cafes, as well as shopping, daycares, supermarkets daycares, and a barbecue space.

These facilities will extend over 20,203 2.

Urban Green is still being constructed, however it will be finished and transferred to the residents by the end of the first quarter in 2024.

Diamond Island, built by Kusto Group and Kusto Homes in Ho Chi Minh City during 2018was named .

It is designed as an resort-style residence where residents are able to live their lives still feeling like they are in a luxurious resort.

Kusto Home expressed an interest in Hanoi in Vietnam. Hanoi is the Vietnamese capital, since the finalization of Diamond Island.

Tevfik Arif Doyen told the Vietnam Investment Review that the company was looking into projects in other Vietnamese cities like Nha Trang, Danang and Hoi An.

Kusto Home has primarily dealt with residential complexes, but Yerkin Tatishev opened the door for the possibility of building commercial centres, like shopping malls.
