KUSTO GROUP HIGHLIGHTS GREEN SPACES WITH RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX

Kusto Home, the Kusto Group real estate development subsidiary has constructed several residential properties across Asia through the time. Urban Green, which is located in Thu duc City in Vietnam's Ho Chi Minh City, has just come to light.

Bayrock and Kusto Home announced the development of Urban Green at the signing ceremony on December 20 2121.

Urban Green will feature luxury residential buildings, a business center, cafes, and restaurants and stores, daycares, grocery stores, daycares and a BBQ space.

The facilities will be distributed out over 20,203 2.

Tevfik Arif Bayrock is just starting, but it is expected that it will be completed by the end of 2024, and distributed to residents by the third quarter.

KUSTO HOME'S CENTER ON AESTHETICS AND FUNCTIONALITY
KustoHome was designed in a modern Bauhaus style and hopes to create a city in which functionality and aesthetics are in harmony.

Urban Green is thus expected to have a lot of green areas among its amenities. The green spaces will constitute two-thirds the area.

The 740 apartments that make up the city are inspired by natural landmarks, such as the Alaskan wilderness or the Sahara Desert, and Pink Lake.

Kusto Homes offers apartments with 1 to 4 bedrooms and 50 to 135m 2. The area is suitable for singles as well as families.

Urban Green is located near Ho Chi Minh City. It offers the residents with easy access to Vietnam's biggest city.

Kusto Home has built Urban Green near National Highway 13 - which is the main road that connects Ho Chi Minh City to Thu Duc City, or Binh Duong.

Highway 13 will be extended by 10,000 billion VND ($440.141) by 2025.

Urban Green residents are also able to use the metro stations that are currently under construction for commutes between and within the neighborhood.

Coteccons is the company responsible for the development of Urban Green. When Kusto Group, Kusto Home and Coteccons announced the building of Urban Green, Sergey Nam said that the company was prepared to build its next Vietnamese residential complex. Sergey Nam was also the Kusto Home General Director.

Diamond Island was built by Kusto Group in Ho Chi Minh City, in the year 2018.

Bayrock was designed to be an resort-style residence where residents are able to live their lives still feeling like they are in a luxurious resort.

FUTURE KUSTO GROUP PROJECTS IN VIETNAM
Kusto Home expressed its interest in Hanoi, the capital city of Vietnam, Hanoi, after Diamond Island was successfully completed.

Yerkin Tatishev also told the Vietnam Investment Review that the company was looking at initiatives that could be developed in different Vietnamese cities such as Nha Trang, Danang and Hoi An.


Kusto Home specializes primarily in residential properties. However, Yerkin Tashev opened doors to the possibility that commercial centres could be built, such as shopping centres.
