As soon as you click the chat button, a window will pop up on your computer screen. You will be asked to select an entry and then complete the entry by clicking on the send button. If you have the latest version of facebook AIM (alliance emailing software), then the ai system will be integrated into the main interface. This integration provides customers with a convenient way to stay in touch with their agents.
Bot owners can create a group chat in order to expand the scope of the communication between other users. If there are more members in the chat than available agents, they can open up another group. The chat rooms can contain messages from actual customers, or potential customers, or both. Facebook Messenger Bot is the most convenient means of keeping in touch with potential customers and clients.
