Fantasy Football 2009 Season Updates
In the 90's, I was a coach in the only way I knew how to coach: "I" formation power and optional football. We picked up a small shotgun spread package as an augment to our "I" and we ran a simple base 5-3 on defense. We ran the same offense, and used all the same drills that I used as a high school player and youth football player in late 60's and 70's. We also used some of my College drills. Our offensive production was often directly tied to the amount of talent we had, and often the size our offensive line.

Concentrate some of the exercises on speed. Jumping squats is a good way to increase your reflex speed. Jump on a step while squatting down. Stand straight up, then jump back down and do a squat. Repeat this 40 times daily and gradually increase your step height.
