A Fan Tan Strategy Guide
Fan Tan is an extremely fast growing part of the Strictly speaking deck of cards. It's played under a variety of different names as well, including Card Dominoes, Parliament, Sevens and Scrabble. It is very well-known in India where it's often played in the form of Sattva Pe Satti (seven against seven). If you've seen an event of American Bingo, you're familiar with the rules. If not, here's a quick overview: all players get seven cards, face-down from the dealer. The first player that lands on an "X" in the space that's adjacent to face of the dealer is declared be the "king". That player can then place his cards anywhere on the table that they like, but must remain in the identical spot.

The other seven players alternate drawing cards from the same pile. They realize that the king doesn't have cards and draw. If they draw the same cards as the King or player with more cards following the King's draw gets to keep the extra cards. The rest of the players go home empty handed. It's a game of the skill of a player - as well as luck. There are several kinds of fan tanning. Each has a different set of rules.

The game's basic rules can be played identically to the traditional version, using any playing card - the difference being that there are no cards to be discarded. This is the "standard" version of Fan Tan that we're talking about. Other variant games use alternate versions of the standard game.

Either player can utilize the fifth card within the sequence, for example. To continue the sequence, any player who is drawn the fifth card must be rid of the other card. One person may play the fifth card. Any player can use the third, second and the first card. Then, they can swap places in the sequence. The player does not have to remain in their spot. When the third card is dealt, for example in the event that it falls on the third slot, and the slot in the third slot is occupied by someone else, then that player has to leave before someone is able to take their place.

Two varieties of Fan Tan are usually played. The one is a "marble" Fan Tan where each player receives only one card from their beginning hand facing up. This player alternates between their two hands, removing cards from their own pile until they've got a trump suite comprised of exactly six cards. Another variation is "combination" (or "swing") Fan Tan. In this variant each player is dealt three cards from their starting hand face down, and they alternately select from their three piles. When they reach the required number of cards typically five, the tiles can be taken off and a new round of Fan Tan begins.

In the "combination" version of Fan Tan players must first exchange all of their face-up cards, and then after that, they may immediately play another card without needing to wait. If any player is carrying an open-faced card that needs to be discarded, then the player must throw away the card as soon as they can play a new card. The player is able to immediately dispose of the cards in a face-up position which are not played. If a player is not able to play cards to play at the moment and the player is not able to not play any cards during their turn, and the game is over when the allotted time for each round is completed.

If there more than two players in the Fan Tan game, then that game ends in a Single Tag session. The player who is left standing is the winner. After that, the players alternate placing bets on the odds currently in place. The odds for the first set begin at zero. The title is won by the top scoring team.

The Fan Tan game involves a lot of betting and gambling. A majority of variations employ a point system where players are awarded points after they have received the required number of bids. However, the exact scoring strategies differ between variations. In addition, there are a variety of strategies are involved when playing a Fan Tan. The Fan Tan variants will have various strategies.
