Gambling Systems
Let me share a little bit about myself. I was employed in Las Vegas casinos for over 10 years. I was floorman, boxman and pit boss over that time. I've witnessed almost every kind of system player and casino game. It is easy to recognize the system players. They don't seem to have as much fun like recreational gamblers. They are conscious and focused regarding what they're doing. They will often try to conceal or cover up the activities they're engaged in to ensure that their house doesn't observe. This can be quite hilarious. Funny because the house is a fan of system players. Why? Because there are no systems that can beat casino games. There are ways to gamble smart and stay ahead of the game but that is not so much a system as it's a method and discipline. Let's get there shortly. Let me go over each of three games that appear to be the most popular Blackjack, craps, and roulette.

Blackjack is unique among these three games of being the only one of them in which you actually participate in making decisions regarding your play , and I'm talking not only betting but also in the game itself. You choose whether you want to stand or hit and split or double down, etc... This gives you some control over the outcome during the game. The advantage that the dealer enjoys in blackjack is that the player is able to play his hands (go above 21) first. The dealer does not have to play a hand if all players bust their hands. That's a major benefit. The sole blackjack method worthy of mention is, of course, card counting. Card counting allows the player to keep track of how many cards were dealt and, in a more precise manner it is the total number of cards in the deck. When there are a lot of tens in the deck, and there are fewer (maybe just a fraction of the deck) cards left it is believed to be rich. This is beneficial to the player, especially when there is a good number of aces left. The chances of obtaining a blackjack are increased with a well-stocked deck. Also, the player is able to count to determine the number of cards left and decide whether he will take the hand or not. This is not a bad idea. It could give the player an edge or, at the very least, a even the playing field. It actually does! If you are playing on one or two deck game, and you are more than halfway through the deck and you're aware that the deck is a bit rich and you are betting more, you will increase the amount you are betting because the odds shift slightly to your advantage. It is important to remember that the odds of a dealer getting blackjacks has been increasing. When I first learned about card counting, it was thrilling. This was the chance to earn serious cash. It made a lot of sense and , in theory, it is the only strategy which can give you an edge. So, why aren't there a lot of people who are making money playing blackjack with card counting? The answer is straightforward. It's easy to identify counters for cards. Basically, every floorperson and pit boss must be able to count cards. They can also tell if the deck is rich and also if someone increases their bets accordingly. There are three things the house could do if it sees a counter. Just ignore it and let the game continue and watch what happens. They can also tell the player politely that they won't allow players to play at their casino. They have the right to make this decision in accordance with the gaming commission rules. They can also ask the dealer to draw two or three hands and shuffle. This will eliminate any advantage that a counter could possess. This is how I dealt with counters while I was playing in the pits. One incident I remember was when a girl came up to me and seemed serious and thoughtful. I was immediately drawn to look at her game. I was exhausted from trying to keep my distance! She was actually the only person playing the game that I saw. When the deck was rich, she immediately increased her bet. I looked at the dealer with a smile, and I asked her to move my deck. It was hilarious. The player actually yelled out, "Hey!" I just did a smile and left, instructing the dealer to play 2 hands and shuffle. Needless to mention, the player left with her money, and probably would have the same fate no matter where she went. Over-rated is a thing. It is only possible to win at a casino if you control your money.

Let's take a look at roulette systems. I'm not planning to dwell too long discussing it since it's an absurd game. There is no way of knowing the outcome of the tiny white ball on the roulette wheel. I have seen players poring on notepads and scribbling down God knows what, hoping that this will enable them to predict what they will hit next. Consider it...the wheel is not spinning at a constant rate. The dealer doesn't make the ball spin at the exact same speed or at the exact same spot every time. This is all random. The dealer will slowly remove the ball from the wheel, and then give it a gentle push to continue turning. This is why the ball has a non-constant rate of rotation. It's absurd to think that the previous spin can influence the ball's location. Let's take, for example, the case when 5 hits twice in a row. What is the likelihood that 5 will be hit in the next spin? My dear friend The odds are 37-1 in favor of the 5 hitting again. Whatever happened on previous spins The odds of any number hitting at any point will always be 37-1. This is something that a lot of players fail to see. You don't even get paid 37 - 1 if you hit a certain number. You get paid 35 -1 ! You're already beat! Roulette is the only game with a chance of beating. Sure, you can have luck and win the game but that is pure luck. There cannot be any way to guarantee that you will win in any given session. It's all random. Einstein said that "robbery is the only way to win a game" of roulette. He is correct. Never pay anyone who claims they're trying to sell you a system of roulette. These are frauds in every way.


Okay, we have dealt with roulette and blackjack. This leaves us with craps. Craps is a complicated game and there are hundreds of methods to bet on the game. I will not go into betting systems as that is not what I am trying debunk. My concern here is the person who believes or attempts to convince others that he is in control of the rolling of the dice. These players will place the dice in a particular way, throw them in a specific way and claim to control the outcome of the roll. Do you really need to explain more? A craps table is 8-10 feet long, and has a hard surface underneath the felt layout. The dice bounce and rebound off of the table at totally random angles and speeds. It is impossible to have this kind of control in the real world. It's not even possible for the most skilled magicians in Vegas to accomplish it. It's not something you've ever witnessed. It's not the case.

Let me end by saying that I have never seen any system that has the ability to minimize losses or maximizes wins. This money management system requires the discipline of a professional. It is possible to apply this method to other games other apart from poker. play games have actually seen players employ this strategy and remain ahead day after day , but it's a financial management technique, not an entire system.
