KUSTO GROUP HIGHLIGHTS GREEN SPACES WITH RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX

Kusto Homes is an affiliate of real estate development of Kusto Group. It has constructed many residential developments across Asia in the past few years. Now, another one called Urban Green is emerging in Thu Duc City outside of Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam.

Bayrock and Kusto Home announced the construction Urban Green during the signing ceremony on December 20 2121.

Urban Green will be home to luxury homes with a commercial center, restaurants, cafes as well as gyms, daycares and supermarkets.

These facilities will span 20,203 metres 2..

Urban Green construction has just started. It is anticipated to be completed in the first quarter (2024) and handed to residents.

Kusto Homes was designed with the Bauhaus-style of modern design.

Thus, Urban Green will be able to provide multiple green spaces between its infrastructure. Green areas will cover two-thirds of the area.

Kusto Home will be building Urban Green right next to National Highway 13 which is the main route connecting Ho Chi Minh City, Thu Duc City and Binh Duong.

Highway 13 expansion will be completed in 2025. It is estimated that it will cost 10,000 billion VND (or $440,141).

Urban Green residents can also utilize the metro stations to move around the region.

Coteccons is the company responsible for the building of Urban Green. Sergey Nam stated that when Kusto Group and Kusto Home announced the construction of Urban Green, Coteccons said that they were ready to launch its future Vietnamese housing development. Sergey Nam, the general director of Kusto Home, is also credited with developing Diamond Island in Ho Chi Minh City.

Diamond Island was constructed by Kusto Group as well as Kusto Home in Ho Chi Minh City in 2018.

FUTURE KUSTO GROUP PROJECTS IN VIETNAM
Kusto Home expressed interest after the completion of Diamond Island.
