How can you stay occupied while you work as an underground security guard for long hours

Times are difficult. I have a difficult time trying to navigate the market of gig economy just as much as I did in the past. I used to do very well before the pandemic hit and now, in addition to my primary job as a dental assistant, I need to take on a night-time job as a security guard in the nearby manufacturing facility for machines. The majority of it is automated. save youtube video to gallery There are employees in the daytime but I am the only one and 2 engineers on night crew. I have an emergency telephone number I can call if there is an issue or machinery stops. Then I call engineers and/or call outside line for more engineers. I'm not doing much. There's no way they can create anything of value here. Night time guard is an unofficial switchboard attendant.

It's something I enjoy. It's peaceful. While I'm usually a sleepy person I'm a bit scared. I am bored to spend the night and experiment with new ideas to speed up the process. For example, the last 2 weeks, I've been working on the Tik Tok dance. It's not hard, but it's hard for me to recreate it. This dance was taught to me by a young Tik Tok sister, and therefore it's not easy. I'm not old enough to understand it.

I've been trying new videos for fixing my car in the last few months. Although I'm not sure how to apply these techniques to my car immediately I do enjoy watching people fix their vehicles. DIY videos are very informative and easy to follow. However, I started to run into another issue. Sooner or later internet stopped working on my phone so I couldn't watch anything or perform any other useful activity in any way, since as we all know these days everything is dependent on internet or even the speedy and simple "do it yourself" videos.... And I came across a fantastic solution: preparation.. I found a way to download Youtube videos to my phone. Now, even though internet is slow I am able to watch DIY videos on my phone. It makes no difference whether you're watching the video on the phone, whether you stream it on an online site or online, or download video at home, and then play it back on your phone when there's no internet access or wifi. It's the same as DVR to watch online videos.

In the spirit of TV and movies, I've discovered how you can download new episodes or films straight to your laptop. https://pull.video My laptop is so much better than my phone and I can take speakers with it with me to work. I signed up with HULU as well as Netflix. Both let you download their apps and mark the movie for download. download mp3 youtube After just a few hours, based on how long the show is, and what quality settings that you chose, the show will be downloaded onto your device. You will then be able to watch it any time with or without internet. It's only 15 minutes long , but it will allow me to watch the most recent episode that I missed on the train ride to work.

There are many other educational or just plain interesting materials that I can grab at home to help speed up the process. YouTube's self-improvement workshops are an excellent source. But, as I said, it can be difficult to watch a 1-hour video and follow the content. If you're not sure I'll explain. You'll get the picture.

Sometimes I bring my young son with me to work and it's during the times when my wife is working her shift at night as well, making it impossible for us to stay with the child. So I pack him in, set him up by my computer screen and within a few minutes, he's asleep. I give him my laptop, which includes a couple of music videos I just downloaded. He watches the crazy young artists playing on the screen. I'm happy to do my thing with the phone, but he wakes up. It's the way we can get along better together, when we do our own things. He seems to like playing along with me. Maybe because he stays up all night. Doesn't that sound like what children often desire?
