Hola taringueros , Quiero compartir con ustedes la nueva experiencia de cambiar billetes deteriorados . Por el tipo de trabajo que tengo mis clientes me dan billetes deteriorados , como son billetes de curso legal los acepto y cuando voy al centro paso por el BCRA y cambio esos billetes sin ningún inconveniente, hace 1 año todavia presentabas los billetes en la caja n° 8 y el cajero contaba los billetes y te entregaba el total del monto en billetes nuevos. 1 a 1 los billetes por denominacion y numero de serie del mismo. Junte una cantidad de billetes deteriorados y me dirigi como siempre al BCRA , Reconquista 266 CABA. ° 8 el cajero me dice que tengo que acreditarme. La verdad me hizo sentir un delincuente, es para tanto? Quee?????, cual el es motivo porque me retienen los billetes, Laboratorio ? ¿¿ se da cuenta que me esta diciendo ? T.E de linea de mi casa. 7, el viernes 14 voy de nuevo ya que no me llamaban y me encuentro con el mismo cajero. Quee????, miré no quiero hablar mas con ud. llame a su Comprar billetes de USD 20 $ en línea o encargado de esta sección, lo que ud me dice es una cargada, me dice que espere que llama un su superior inmediato. Viene una sra. creo dice llamarse Graciela no recuerdo su apellido por la bronca que tenia, dice que habia muchos billetes entregados anteriomente a mi, que van a tarda un poco mas y que los disculpe. Le respondo que no acepto sus disculpas, que cual es la normativa por lo cual me retiene los billetes y seguir esperando, me indica que puedo ir a la ventanilla N° 36 y dejar un reclamo dirigido a ella. ¿ Queeeeee ?? como le voy a dejar un reclamo a ud misma ? 21 como no me llamaban y tenia que pasar cerca entre de nuevo al BCRA, fui a la caja y le di el papel, el cajero tarda un momento y vuelve con los billetes en un sobre y procede a darme el canje de billetes. ¿ Oiaaa ? le dije.. ¿ que paso que no me llamaron ?
