"I am wanting to assert a life- insurance policy on my dad who approved a month ago.I was the beneficiary but Met living is hassling me and says that it had been never on file.He settled forty years over a 10k payment now they say the business he worked for informed them there was no successor when I am instructed by that company he worked for that I am almost certainly am on the policy.My father transformed it over 2 yrs ago after my mom died who they also claimed was never on the policy!!! The girl stated to confirming this due to it currently being registered as they will not except any forms from that firm today. They desire me to get such that it is going to be divided up a document notarized saying that I am hoping to get it yet somehow first want to know their ssn and all my siblings titles or settled to outstanding credit cards.Has this occurred to anyone before? I cannot spend funeral bills I have 7 greedy siblings who didnt help me one-day within the last 3years of looking after my aged parents
