History: Lily met Cookie on a cold Winter night when she found the poor thing alone and shivering in the cold hiding in a tree trunk, she then brought the adorable thing home and few it and took care of it when she asked the little gale if she could catch her, She allowed it and they been friends ever since.
Personality: Cookie is very stubborn and loves fashion as much as the next pokemon, She loves to dress up and she loves to stay clean she hates when her fur gets messy or she gets very upset, She only gets dirty when she needs to for like battles or something, She is always by Lily's side and enjoys a good Pokepuff now and then.
