DEPARTURE
In advance of the drop-off, our agent and the passenger's driver make contact to coordinate the time and location of the drop-off

Assistance with the departure lounge if desired and/or boarding

TRANSIT
A personalized name board is placed at the end of the airbridge or at the entrance to the terminal where we meet passengers
Porter service is available if prearranged if we need to accompany you to baggage claim

When possible, use Fast Track Lanes to expedite immigration and security formalities
A visit to the Departure Lounge / boarding gate if requested
