Unlike internal hemorrhoids, external hemorrhoids usually have no blood in the stool, but grow a small lump at the anal mouth. Different external hemorrhoids have different manifestations. Thrombotic external hemorrhoids, mainly manifested as sudden mass pain at the anal doorway and prominent mass; Varicose external hemorrhoids begin slowly, and the mass at the anal doorway is very soft. When squatting in the toilet, it will become larger and shrink when kneading. It doesn't hurt. Sudden inflammatory external hemorrhoids, severe swelling and pain at the anal door, local fever, local redness and swelling; Connective external hemorrhoids are mostly small growths of skin at the anal door, soft and painless. Mixed hemorrhoids include both internal and external hemorrhoids.
