“Saat ini harga referensi CPO kembali meningkat hingga melesat jauh melampaui threshold 750 dolar AS per MT. Untuk itu, pemerintah menggenakan BK CPO sebesar 183 dolar AS per MT untuk periode Juni 2021,” ujar Plt. Direktur Jenderal Perdagangan Luar Negeri Kementerian Perdagangan, Indrasari Wisnu Wardhana di Jakarta, Rabu (2/6/2021).
Dikatakan Wisnu, penetapan BK telah tercantum dalam Peraturan Menteri Perdagangan Nomor 34 Tahun 2021 tentang Penetapan Harga Patokan Ekspor (HPE) atas Produk Pertanian dan Kehutanan yang Dikenakan Bea Keluar.

Dia menambahkan, BK CPO untuk Juni 2021 merujuk pada Kolom 11 Lampiran I Huruf C Peraturan Menteri Keuangan No. 166/PMK.010/2020 sebesar 183 dolar AS per MT. Nilai itu berubah dari BK CPO untuk periode Mei 2021 yaitu 144 dolar AS per MT.
“Kenaikan harga referensi CPO disebabkan karena terus menguatnya harga CPO di pasar internasional,” ungkapnya.
Sementara itu, harga referensi biji kakao pada Juni 2021 sebesar 2.455,82 dolar AS per MT meningkat 1,64 persen atau 40,28 dolar AS dari bulan sebelumnya, yaitu 2.415,54 dolar AS per MT. Pertanian Hal ini berdampak pada peningkatan HPE biji kakao pada Juni 2021 menjadi 2.169 dolar AS per MT, meningkat 2,56 persen atau 39 dolar AS dari periode sebelumnya sebesar 2.130 dolar AS per MT.
Peningkatan harga referensi dan HPE biji kakao disebabkan berkurangnya hasil panen. Hortikultura Peningkatan ini tidak berdampak pada BK biji kakao, tetap 5 persen. Hal ini tercantum pada Kolom 2 Lampiran I Huruf B Peraturan Menteri Keuangan No. 166/PMK.010/2020.
Untuk informasi, harga referensi merupakan harga yang konsumen harapkan untuk membayar. Sementara bea keluar (BK) adalah pungutan yang ditetapkan negara berdasarkan Undang-undang Kepabeanan yang dikenakan terhadap barang ekspor.
