The results of my swiss roll survey that we did in thursdays lesson. this is what i have found out from my surveys results.
the very first thin that my survey asked was whether they where a nor of an girl and how old they where to help me find out the preferences of the people form the age from 13 to about the age 14. the next thing that i asked them was wherever they proffered a flavoured sponge or an plain on i had two people got for the traditional vanilla sponge and two people wanted the chocolate sponge win steed. the next thing that i asked was whether they wanted cream or butter cream to fill the centre of there swiss role. the results i got was tow people wanted cream and only one person wanted butter cream because the last person did not fill that question. so therefor the cream got a higher result.
the next thing i asked them was what flavoured jam would they like if they had picked cream to help it fill the inside of the swiss roll. again they went for the traditional flavoured jam so raspberry and strawberry. i also asked thither they would want there swiss roll drizzled with chocolate of rushed with icing sugar.i also asked war fresh fruit they would want to go in the inside of there swiss roll along with there cream and jam the murgority of people wanted strawberry to join the cream and jam.
so over all people like the more traditional swiss roll therefrom i will be making a vanilla sponge in cream,strawberry jam and fresh strawberries to fill the inside of the roll. i will also dust it with icing sugar.
