Case 1:
Sentence 1 -- This line appeals to emotions.
Sentence 2 -- The suggested cause "I can't think well" may be a false cause. It is not necessarily the only cause of why the student can't submit assignments on time. For instance, the student may also be procrastinating, which is just further aggravating his/her situation.
Sentence 4 -- This sentence commits an attack against the person.
Sentence 5 & 6 -- Slippery slope. "If you allow me to fail, I will be miserable". This is a manipulation of emotions.
Sentence 7 -- Defective Induction & Appeal to People. First and foremost, the person overgeneralizes the mental state of people based on a sample size of 1: himself/herself. It also appeals to other people, saying that "we're all depressed, so I'm not the problem".
Sentence 8 -- Another attack against the person.

Suggested corrections:
First and foremost, the person should not attack the teacher. Instead, the person could give kind and professional suggestions. Negotiation will be less toxic this way. Also, the person should not appeal to emotion in his/her argument. Instead of saying things like "If you allow me to fail, I will be miserable" (which is a slippery slope), he/she can instead say: "Please allow me to pass requirements beyond the deadline. I am also busy with other requirements and extra-curricular activities. I promise to pass on time. Thank you". Finally, in the second sentence, the person should realize that the cause "I can't think well" may not be a sufficient cause. Maybe there are other things he/she can do to fix his/her situation?
