Hiermit nehme ich Bezug auf Ihr Schreiben vom 30.11.21
Betreuungsverfahren fuer Herrn Edgar Wetzel, geboren am 05.03.1931.
Ich bin bereit die Betreuung fuer meinen Onkel Herrn Wetzel zu uebernehmen. Mein Geburtsdatum ist der 05.03.1950 und mein Geburtsort ist Berlin und mein Geburtsname ist Kasprzyk. Von 2008 bis zu ihrem Tode war ich zusammen mit meiner Schwester Frau Ute Korinth die Betreuerin fuer meine Tante Jutta Janitschek.
