**Greetings Juzos community,**

I am implementing a new Amendment to the Two Hour Cooldown rule, that should better the time management to the High Ranks who currently host Sessions for the Group.
This Amendment is active starting tonight, at midnight (MST).

Definitions:
Agreement refers to the Two Hour Cooldown Policy.
"We" refers to Juzos {Group Identification Number: 10061341} and its Establishments.
"Establishments" refers to the Interview Center, and the Juice Bar.
"Service" refers to Roblox, Incorporated, and its platform.
"You" refers to the sole individual who access the Group and its Property.

Amendment I to the Agreement

This is the Amendment of the Agreement and the Terms and Conditions that are mentioned in it. These Terms and Conditions lay out what You must follow as a Member and Staff Member of the Group.

The Two (2) Hour Cooldown Policy will now be converted to a One (1) Hour Cooldown policy. This means that a Staff Member cannot Host a Session in the Group until one (1) hour has passed between the Host's Conclusion Shout, with the time starting after the last Shout (in the Communications Server and in the Service). One example of this Amendment to the Agreement is that is the Host of Session A finishes at 3:05, then the Host of Session B cannot start and post a Commencing Shout, on the Communications Server and the Service, until 4:05.

If a Session gets cancelled, by the Host posting a Cancellation Shout (on the Communications Server or the Service), then the Host of a new Session cannot start and post a Commencing Shout until thirty (30) minutes after the previous Host's Cancellation Shout. For further explanation, here is an example: If the Host of Session A posts a Cancellation Shout at 5:00, the Host of Session B cannot Host and post a Commencing Shout until 5:30.

If a Staff Member Violates this Agreement, the following punishments will be given:
One (1) offense will result in a Warning that is logged on the Communications Server, and the Session is cancelled.
Two (2) offenses will result in a Suspension of two (2) days, and will be logged on the Communications Server.
Three (3) offenses will result in a Demotion of one (1) rank.
Four (4) offenses, if ever brought to this point, will result in a Termination.

You, a Staff Member of the Group, agree to the Terms and Conditions stated above and will comply with any disciplinary actions held against You.

This Agreement was approved by the President of Juzos, and hereby put into motion by the Senior Leadership Team on December eighth of the year two thousand twenty one.
