隔離霜應該用在護膚產品之後，底妝產品之前，理論上日常通勤隻要陽光不是特別強烈，塗瞭隔離霜之後不用再擦防曬，但如果是光照特別猛烈的夏天或者旅行時，因為防曬霜的分子更大，隔離應該用在防曬霜之前。
大體順序應該是：
洗面奶-爽膚水-眼霜-精華液-乳液-隔離霜-防曬霜-粉底/BB霜。
註意：
隔離霜是使用在基礎護膚與彩妝之間的一道潤色程序，在使用隔離霜之前一定要先做好基礎護膚，否則隔離霜會堵塞毛孔，在使用隔離霜之後建議搭配使用粉底與蜜粉哦。
用量需要多少?
跟防曬一樣，隔離霜也是用足量才能發揮真正的功效，建議一定要用足量，至少每次使用大概五角硬幣大的隔離霜(夏天用防曬，至少一元硬幣大小)，覆蓋全臉的同時要特別註意鼻梁、鼻翼部位。
有必要清潔嗎?
很多女星都建議即使隻塗瞭防曬也要卸妝，其實完全沒必要，現在大多數洗面奶的成分清潔能力都比較強，如果隻是上瞭隔離、防曬，沒必要非得用卸妝產品，單純使用潔面產品就能搞定瞭。
