Preparation of transport documents
Documents specific to air freight must be prepared. Direct AWB, Back-to-Back AWB, Master AWB, and House AWB are the international names for the various forms. For your convenience, we can prepare the Air Waybill and the customs documents, such as the Export Accompanying Document or the EUR1 Movement Certificate, on your behalf. Our team will also be happy to assist you in preparing country-specific documents.

Onboard courier service
Our service extends beyond the air freight carrier terminal. As an option, we can provide you with a courier service that takes your good right up to the plane. Many of these consignments fit into your hand luggage, since they are mostly small in size. Whether they are components or spare parts for machines, or luxury goods: your goods are monitored by the onboard courier throughout the flight to ensure they reach their destination on time and intact. When your customer arrives, he or she can pick up the goods right at the airport or we can transport them to the final destination.



Temperature-controlled goods - passive and active cooling
Cooling temperature-controlled goods involves active and passive cooling.

During the entire transport route, your cold-sensitive product will stay at a constant temperature. In this case, a temperature specification of, for example, +15 to +25 degrees Celsius would be adequate.

It could be possible to passively cool the shipment depending on its content and packaging. The temperature specification is only guaranteed during flight time and during storage in the airport warehouse. Despite the temperature-controlled vehicle that carries the shipment to the aircraft, delays on the tarmac may prevent it from being maintained according to the specification.
