Production Designer - Ben Slattery Designing and conceptualizing our entire commercial client portfolio, from concept to execution. Internally, Ben Slattery oversees the creation and production of every graphic, poster, brochure, poster, website, and product illustration. Internally, he co-directs and produces our advertising campaigns. Art Director - Chris Scott Our art directors are responsible for establishing our artistic vision through conceptualization and illustration. They oversee the production of every piece of our work. Together, they guide us toward our artistic vision while executing our creative ideas.

Creative Working Environment. We believe in fostering creativity within our clients and creative partners. In fact, we believe in enabling our creative partners to be their most productive while working together. A healthy working environment encourages creativeness. Creativity thrives in an atmosphere that is open, free, and collaborative.

We believe in supporting our creative partners so they can take ownership and control over their careers. Most partnerships offer long-term compensation and excellent benefits. Creative partnerships are like families. When parents send their kids to daycare, they create a void in their family life. On the other hand, by sending their creative professionals to art schools, they create a void in their professional lives.

Art schools foster creativeness because art school is about learning. Therefore, it is critical that art schools take the time to provide supportive, accessible programs that foster creativeness. At the same time, the schools must be accessible, supportive and accessible to students. Programs and activities such as art workshops, art classes, and mentoring can help art creatives connect with each other. When employees know that their counterparts are willing to support them, they are much more likely to seek out creative services from that partner.
