• Membutuhkan bantuan finansial
• Mengisi formulir (terlampir)
Kelengkapan berkas:
1. Fotokopi KTM
2. Transkrip nilai yang dilegalisir
3. Surat Keterangan Beasiswa dari Manajer Kemahasiswaan
4. Personal record card (terlampir) dilengkapi dengan pasfoto 3x4 1 lembar
5. Formulir beasiswa
6. Surat Keterangan Bukan Perokok Aktif
7. Fotokopi Halaman Muka Buku Rekening
8. Surat keterangan penghasilan orang tua
NB:
-Personal record card dapat diunduh di website mahasiswa.ui.ac.id
- Mengirimkan nama dan NPM ke SOSMA IM untuk pembuatan Surat Ket. Beasiswa (Deadline 12 Maret 2015)
