相信大多數表友都是等到手表出故障瞭送修才知道原來手表是需要呵護的。其實對手表做一些簡單的日常保養能夠延長手表的使用壽命，減少故障的發生。那麼日常要怎麼去保養手表呢？下面我就說一下。
1.定期清潔手表的外觀（建議每1-2周），可用柔軟的幹佈擦拭整個表身，對於搭載金屬表鏈且防水性能高於一百米的手表並在一年內測試過防水性能的手表，可用牙刷沾上肥皂水進行清潔，清水沖幹凈後使用軟佈拭幹。
2.機械手表即使不佩戴，至少也需要每月手動上鏈一次，防止機芯內的潤滑油幹涸。
3.避免手表接觸化妝品、香水、溶劑等化學物品，接觸這些物品會使手表外觀受損，還會影響防水性能。
4.保持手表表冠處於原始鎖緊位置，防止空氣中的水汽入侵腐蝕手表內部。
5.避免手表靠近磁場，如磁鐵、電視機、冰箱門、音響等，強磁場會幹擾手表運轉，導致手表走時突然變得很快。石英表隻要離開磁場走時就會恢復正常，機械表則需要用專業的設備進行消磁方可恢復正常。
6.帶有日歷、月相等功能的手表，避免在手表時間處於晚上9點至凌晨3點之間調節手表，這個時間點手表齒輪處於運轉狀態，強行調節會損壞功能組件。
7.避免手表受到撞擊以及劇烈震動，撞擊或劇烈震動不僅會使手表外觀受損，還會使手表內部零件錯位甚至損壞。
8.避免戴著手表洗澡或者蒸桑拿，熱脹冷縮會導致手表防水墊圈損失防水性能，導致水汽入侵手表內部。 石英手錶 原理 （60°C以上或-10°C以下），極端溫度會使手表處於非正常狀態運轉。
