يمكن تحسينه من خلال اقامة اجتماع بين الفريق العمل مرتين في الاسبوع لمراجعة الاداء وتوزيع المهام بينهم بصورة مناسبة ولحل وعلاج بعض الاخطاء التي حدثت بسبب قلة التواصل ويمكننا ايضا التواصل من خلال التطبيقات الذكية من فترة لاخرا لاجل ان يتاكد الفريق من انجازهم كافي ولمراجعة خطة العمل او لاجل الاجتماعات العاجلة لحل اي مشكلة والاستماع لكلام الجميع كي لايتم اتخاذ قرارات فردية تودي احيانا الا فشل المهمة بسبب عدم التفاهم
