*Group Info and Rules*
This group was made with the intention of bringing together the Indian Handpan players/makers and enthusiasts, to allow music to be shared, learn techniques, planning of gatherings and sale/swap of instruments.
Handpan, besides its other musical virtues, also teaches us some wonderful values - Love for fellow members, respect for their style of playing and their level of understanding of music theory, and above all appreciation of each others talent. _Peace, Tolerance, Acceptance_. If that seems too hard or not agreeable, please try not to bring your friends down. Criticism even on creative front is not acceptable in the group. Personal/direct messaging for the same can be done, as can be done on special occasions like birthdays/anniversaries, appreciation of successful events/gigs and welcoming new members. When the admin welcomes someone new, it's assumed he does so on everyones behalf.
Videos, audios, photos, questions and comments are welcome as long as they're related to Handpan or music in general, are not hurtful, sexist, racist or anything that can be taken offensive by any member. Everyone is entitled to an opinion, but that need not be put on the group. Miscommunication are likely to happen rapidly, so members are also requested not to misinterpret and assume that people mean good.
Do not spam the group with repeated posts, events, good morning/good night messages, seasons greetings, birthday wishes, swear words, abusive language, threat to exit the group etc. Warning by personal messaging shall be issued and withdrawal of comment shall be expected in such circumstances, failure to which will result in exclusion of such member and barring from re-entry.
The group is nothing without its members, so please share lots of love.
