Quidditch merupakan permainan/olahraga yang dijadikan permainan wajib di Asrama Hogwarts. Permainan ini dimainkan oleh 7 orang pemain yang menempati 7 posisi. Posisi-posisi itu adalah:
1. Chaser ( 3 orang)
2. Beater ( 2 orang)
3. Keeper ( 1 orang)
4. Seeker ( 1 orang)
Berikut penjelasa. soal tiap posisi dalam permainan Quidditch di Asrama Hogwarts:
1. Chaser
Posisi ini merupakan ahli matematika. Chaser diwajibkan merebut quaffle dengan cara menjawab soal matematika yang dikeluarkan quaffle (sebuah account yg dipegang oleh murid yg tidak main atau professor yang bersedia). Dalam adu cepat ini, yang tercepat berarti mendapatkan quaffle. Setelahnya, Chaser tersebut DM ke quaffle untuk pilih batu/gunting/kertas, begitupun dengan keeper lawan. Jika Chaser memilih batu, dan keeper juga batu, berarti quaffle berhasil ditahan oleh keeper lawa. (gagal goal). Tapi sebaliknya, jika keeper tidak bisa menjawab, maka team chaser tersebut mendapat point (quaffle berhasil masikuk). Score yg didapat adalah 10point.
2.Beater
Posisi ini ahli swg. Beater 1 masing-masing team lawan akan saling melempar puzzle swg. MisalBeater 1 GF melempar puzzle kepada Beater 1 SL dan Beater 1 SL tidak menjawab, berarti Beater 1 GF yg memegang Bludger.
3.Keeper
Posisi ini mengutamakan Luck. Keeper menebak batu/gunting/kertas untuk menahan quaffle yang dibawa chaser lawan
4.Seeker
Posisi ini juga merupakan Kapten Quidditch. Seeker akan menebak clue untuk menjebol akn snitch. Jika seeker salah satu team berhasil menjebol acc snitch, maka pertandingan dihentikan dan team tersebut menang.
Selain pe penjelasan soal posisi, berikut aturan main Quidditch di Asrama Hogwarts
1. Tiap asrama (team) menyiapkan 12 orang (5 cadangan)
2. Mempunya acc untuk tiap posisi. Formatnya : @Asrama (GF/SL/RV/HF)_Posisi(Beater1/Beater2/Chaser1/2/3/Keeper/Seeker)
