Big data is a new strategic resource, as important as materials and energy. The rapid expansion of modern agricultural data and the development of big data technology provide a new way for the development of precision agriculture.
Multinational seed companies have established commercial breeding software breeding management system, which provides technical support for efficient analysis and utilization of a large number of breeding data. There are many breeding institutions in China, but there are few information breeding platforms, which seriously restricts the development of modern seed industry in China.
1.1 quality resource management
Resource management is the basic work of crop breeding. The existing quality resource management processes are many and long, and the amount of relevant information is large. The information transmission of the resource database is easily affected by the flow of quality management personnel. Using information technology to manage germplasm resources can realize rapid query and efficient utilization of germplasm resources. The germplasm resources management information system established by Shanghai Agricultural Bioengineering center [4] includes seven main functional modules: warehouse management, seed information management, seed cashier management, seed early warning, statistical summary, user management and feedback management, providing technical support for crop access and the implementation of variety right enforcement.
