Bahan:
15 g gelatin bubuk, tim bersama 3 sdm air panas hingga larut
150 ml susu cair
500 ml krim kental
100 g gula pasir
2 sdt vanili bubuk
Saus:
250 g stroberi
1.5 sdm gula pasir
0.5 sdt merica hitam bubuk
Cara membuat
1. Puding: campur larutan gelatin dengan susu cair, aduk rata.
2. Jerang krim dan gula pasir di atas api kecil sambil terus di aduk hingga gula larut, angkat.
3. Tambahkan campuran susu-gelatin dan vanili, aduk selagi panas hingga gelatin matang dan benar-benar larut.
4. Saring adonan puding, masukkan ke dalam 6 buah mangkok bening kecil. Simpan di lemari es hingga mengeras.
5. Masukkan semua bahan saus ke dalam blender. Proses hingga halus. Pindahkan ke dalam mangkuk, simpan dalam lemari es hingga saat digunakan.
6. Keluarkan puding dari lemari es, sajikan dingin dengan sausnya.
