There's nothing more enjoyable for our family than spending time exploring the farthest reaches of nature, but we always bring technology

Since the beginning, I want to make clear that we are an outdoor and camping outdoor family. We spend as much as possible bonding with nature. We have cats, dogs and we take them along with, we are just one big happy camping family in the middle of nowhere. We love our smartphones and tablets when we are around the campfire, it is not something we disapprove of. We love technology and don't care being lost even when on camping excursions. Our father isn't averse to it however, he does turn off his cell phone for the whole 2 days of the weekend. He say, it makes him feel more relaxed. After a long day of hunting and fish and fishing, we enjoy large woods-based meals. After dinner, we enjoy watching TV or music videos and shows we downloaded off of the internet prior to our excursion. Most of the time, we cannot access the Internet when we are in the forest. This is probably the reason our parents don’t mind our phones being ringing. Sooner or later we are bored and do not have email to respond. Before we leave for a trip, we often download videos downloaded from Youtube clip converters as well as other websites for downloading videos. HULU's download options are great since we can stream endless hours of films and shows on our laptops prior to the trip. The series and videos are extremely useful for camping excursions. Three-hour camping trips could be boring. This is what my father likes. He can focus on the road and this big machine is difficult to control so he must concentrate on the road.


Another thing that we can't afford to lose is GPS. In times of crisis it's essential to know where you are and how to get back to the city. Our travels haven't been affected by anything, but we have heard horror stories of people being trapped in dirt and snow.
