am in year eight at school and when i was in year seven i had a french speaking presentaition and had a panic attack in front of my enitire class,i was crying,shaing and couldnt breath .today i had my first speaking thing since then and it happened again but worse.on the way to my german lesson i was almost crying and before i whent in i stopped and calmed down abit,when i got in to the goup i was in for the speaking presentation i quickly told them what happened in year seven.when the teacher was decideing who is going in what order (my group was 2nd to last) thats when i started crying and shaking.my tacher didnt notice i was crying but nearly everyone else did and i felt like they were all looking at me.then my teacher asked if the last few groups wanted to go out of class to revise and practice.i didnt even want to revise,i just wanted to get away from all the people gorping at me.i spent most of the revision time crying.towards the end of the revision time i stopped crying then one of my goup members whent to the door to see how long we had left.my group was next.i cried again.my teacher sent a someone out to tell my group to come in and i just said 'i'm not doing it!' then my teacher heard me and came out to find my crying and asked me if i wanted to do it with just my group and have him watch rather than the rest of my class,i said yes and couldnt say any of the german things as i was finding it difficult to breathe so not only have i emmabrassed myself but i have probaby got a low score on that asessment too.i am worried that people will make fun of me and assosiate me as the girl who cries at a simple test.it has made me feel really bad about myself
