I don’t think so that agile can be fit in every type of organization and every project. Agile cannot be applicable where the customer only pays for the full product and need the finished product. (E.g. House/building)
For example, a car company delivering a car to customers, where the agile is inappropriate. Like, if the car company would only deliver just chassis and engine of the vehicle (without body) to the customer for identifying new requirement, so this process is weird and impossible. The car will only be delivered as a whole to the customer.
