1) Do not have any mandatory fields
2) Structure the UI to be very simple as the client will view it.
3) Have a sync check box and a traceback code block to know the status
4) From the connector while creating the actual document, if something fails put it to the traceback block and send the error to the client.
5) In any case, do not miss out on the data sent from the client end.
6) Have a status field to help them cancel the posted document.
7) An API call with the same primary key from the client can update the same document. (Internally for us we can cancel and recreate the ERP document)
