We have setup UBER menu properly and now it just replaced the theme default menu. Now you can customize the menu items and color scheme yourself. Or if you would like us to do this for you please give us specific instructions.
2. ---Pinterest gallery setup
You want to make pinterest style gallery on your own site (not to embed gallery from pinterest) correct?
We have found a couple of cheap and efficient plugins in order to make pinterest style galleries on your pages.

Would you please explain this instruction of your ("Each menu item will go to a pinterest style gallery. Tags will place them in menu items above.") in detail?
3. ---User sign up and able to upload pic
You mean users will be able to signup and upload their profile picture or any other picture they want to?
You want to just collect those pictures to see in admin panel? or show them in pages? or what you want to do with those pictures?
