50 ml külma vett
TÄIDIS
490 g küpsetatud kõrvitsat
350 ml kondenspiima
2 klopitud muna
165 g pruuni suhkrut
½ teelusikatäit ingverit
½ teelusikatäit muskaatpähklit
½ teelusikatäit kaneeli
½ teelusikatäit soola
Sega kokku sool ja jahu. MILLALGI AHI 200 KRAADI JUURDE.
Lõigu margariin segusse. Lisa külm vesi. Jahuste kätega vormi taignast pall. Jahusel pinnal rulli see lahti umbes 3 mm paksuseks. Nipp: et lihtsamini tainast vormi transferida, rulli see ümber taignarulli. Aseta tainas kergelt rasvainega määritud vormi. Suures kausis mikserda kõrvits kondenspiima, munade, pruuni suhkru, kaneeli, ingveri, muskaatpähkli ja soolaga ühtlaseks massiks. Vala valmis vormi. Küpseta 40 minutit.
