منذ حقبة من الزمن لم نرى وبالأحرى لم نسمع عن وزيرا أدى امانته وأبرأ ذمته وأدى حق وزارته وحفظ حق وطنه ومواطنيه كما نشهده اﻵن ،، انه الوزير الأمين ومن له من اسمه نصيب (وزير الفعل ومضرب المثل توفيق الربيعة)
اصبحت قراراته تصب في صالح الوطن وحفظت حق المواطن المستهلك ..
في عصره شهدنا أرقام لﻹبلاغ عن كل من يتلاعب وفي حق المستهلك يتهاون ..كنا لا نعرف حينها أرقاما هامة إلا أرقام الدفاع المدني والهلال اﻷحمر!
فقد شهدت بعيني سيارات وزارة التجارة اللتي لم أرها ابدا من قبل تقف ذات مساء أمام بوابة شركة كبرى تلاعبت في اﻷسعار فاستحقت العقاب والتشهير،، مما جعل المستهلك يشعر بااﻷمان ويعلم أن حقه مصان..
مما جعل الشركات اﻷخرى ترتعد خوفا وتحسب ألف حساب قبل ان تفكر في استغلال المستهلك !!

لم يلبس المشلح ليزيد هيبته ووقاره ويفرض احترامه!
إنما لبس الأمانة والإخلاص فهي الهيبة والوقار الحقيقة ومكسب الاحترام
