I have learnt in my entire life from working and training many people that many work issues can get solved by simply doing three things . Just 3 things.

Most staff members would arrive at work in the afternoon and proceed with their routine, make a cup of tea, eat some breakfast cereals... make another cup of tea afterwards on and so on.


Not many staff members ever said thank you for the fantastic job that the kitchen woman did. But whenever she happened to take some time off or was off ill everybody moaned about how dirty the kitchen looked as they couldn't find clean cups and things got sprinkled all over the area. Hence the job that the helper in the kitchen was very important but nobody noticed until she was not there. How many people are similar to that in our lives that we take for granted. Your job is significant trust me only know that even in the event that you're feeling unappreciated.
