Beautiful Places to Visit inside France

Searching for places to check out in France? Some are actually well-known and receive large numbers of tourists every year. Others are France's very little secret, left for one to discover. While this specific list is much from comprehensive, you will hopefully be able to find a number of amazing ideas here.


Brittany


Brittany has some of the most spectacular coastal scenery contained France. From towering cliffs to charming small bays and sandy beaches, you will be spoilt for assortment. Inland the landscape is just as diverse, with tender countryside dotted with quaint little villages and forests steeped in mythical legend.


Normandy


From the charming old port in Honfleur to the celebrated abbey of Mont St. Michel, this region is a must-see. Normandy is popular for being an area of relaxation, with rolling green pastures and picture-book villages. Visit Monet's gardens and studio at Giverny, or maybe the interesting Tapestry contained Bayeux, recounting Williams' conquest of England in 1066. The Battle of Normandy has still left the mark of its within the region, and thus there are several monuments, memorials, and museums to see here.


Paris


Paris is the world capital of romance, wine, food, and art. Several of the absolute musts are obviously the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, Notre Dame Cathedral, Sacre Coeur at Montmartre and also the Louvre Museum. When you can, explore several of the decreased recognized but certainly no less wonderful sights, like the Rodin Museum, the Conciergerie (where Marie-Antoinette was imprisoned) and the exquisite Ste Chapelle.


Provence

The Dordogne, in southwest France, is known for getting several of the best prehistoric art in the world. Not just that, you will find plenty of hilltop castles and medieval towns to explore, and also rivers to canoe or perhaps relax on a houseboat.


You'll notice so many places to check out in France that you might think a bit overwhelmed. But don't despair if you can't fit everything in (it's only a reason for you to go on coming back!).
